Alexandria Historical Narration
A contemporary cultural landmark that transforms Alexandria’s layered history into an immersive architectural journey. The project is designed as an interactive historical hub where visitors experience the evolution of Alexandria through spatial storytelling, exhibitions, public plazas, and dynamic visual connections to the waterfront.
Inspired by the movement of waves, archaeological layers, and the city’s Mediterranean identity, the architecture blends fluid geometries with open public spaces to create a dialogue between past and future. The central dome acts as the symbolic heart of the project, housing major exhibition spaces and experiential galleries that narrate Alexandria’s civilization across different eras.
The design integrates indoor and outdoor cultural experiences through exhibition halls, archaeological displays, educational spaces, gathering plazas, waterfront promenades, and landscaped public areas. Circulation paths are carefully organized to guide visitors through a chronological narrative while maintaining visual continuity with the surrounding urban and coastal context.
The project aims to revive collective memory, strengthen cultural identity, and create an iconic destination that celebrates Alexandria as a city of history, knowledge, and continuous transformation.
